Refund policy

At Patches All Over Me, we want you to love every patch you choose.
Because of the nature of our products, we follow the policy below:

- No returns or refunds on used patches

Once a patch has been applied, opened, or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.

- Exchanges only for unused patches

We can exchange any unused, unopened patches for another design of equal value.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

- No cash refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
